Sterling Energy Services, LLC. was established by a group of Southern Company and Entergy executives (two of the United States’ largest investor-owned utilities) in 1993 to work exclusively with industrial, commercial and public sector energy users in the development and management of competitive energy and utility services procurement programs. Sterling also supports the evaluation and implementation of cogeneration, energy efficiency, and renewable energy projects assisting companies reduce their Total Energy Cycle costs.

Altogether, Sterling combines over 120 years of domestic and international energy industry, energy engineering, energy project finance and project development experience within the group. Sterling is currently involved in the management of over $400,000,000 of annual energy purchases for business and industries throughout the United States, and is active in renewable energy / integrated energy project development outside the US.
